What is Dispatch.IO?
Dispatch.IO is an all-in-one Discord bot: welcome messages, levels and streaks, tickets, role reactions, temporary channels, bump, RSS and social alerts, moderation and anti-raid, music and radios, all configured from the dashboard.
How do I add the bot to my server?
Use the Add to Discord button on the home page, pick your server and validate the permissions. You need the Manage Server permission on that server.
Is Dispatch.IO free?
Most features are free. Premium offers unlock extra features and higher limits; see the shop for the details of each offer.

How do I configure my server?
Sign in with Discord, then pick your server in the dashboard. Only the servers where you have Manage Server (or Administrator) and where the bot is present are shown.
My server doesn't appear in the dashboard
The bot must be on the server and you must manage it on Discord (owner, Administrator or Manage Server). Click Refresh data at the top of the dashboard if you just got the permission.
How do I turn a feature on or off?
Each module (welcome, levels, tickets…) can be switched on or off from the server's home page in the dashboard.

What's the difference between an individual offer and a server pack?
An individual offer (Basic or Ultimate) is linked to your account; a server pack is linked to one server. One individual offer per account, one pack per server.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From Billing in the dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

How do I get help?
Come to our Discord support server or write to [email protected]. A member of the team can help you, and with your agreement (Edit access in your server's administration) configure your server for up to 24 hours.
The bot doesn't answer, what do I do?
The status page shows the state of the bot, the website and the incidents in progress.
