Part 1: common terms
1. Seller
Corentin Chopin EI (sole proprietorship, entreprise individuelle), trade name Digi-Nord, 11 Rue Eugène Livois, 62200 Boulogne-sur-Mer, France (digi-nord.eu), which runs Dispatch.IO [SIREN number] [intra-EU VAT number, or the mention "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code"]. Contact: [email protected].
2. Scope
These terms of sale apply to the Premium offers bought on the Dispatch.IO website. They add to the terms of use.
3. Offers
Premium subscriptions unlock extra features of the bot:
- Individual offers (Basic, Ultimate): linked to your Dispatch.IO account, one active individual offer per account;
- Server packs: one server per platform (Discord, Fluxer, Stoat), one pack per server.
The content of each offer and its price including taxes are shown in the shop at the time of purchase.
4. One Premium for every platform
Premium belongs to your Dispatch.IO account and works on every platform linked to it (Discord, Fluxer, Stoat), whichever one you bought it from. A server pack covers one server per platform, up to three; each of these servers can be changed once every 7 days.
5. Ordering and payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe; Dispatch.IO never sees your card details. The subscription starts once the payment is accepted.
6. Duration and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly depending on the offer) until they are cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the dashboard: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops.
7. Right of withdrawal
By subscribing, you ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is supplied (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). [To be checked: refund policy.]
8. Promo codes and offers
Promo codes and launch offers are valid under the conditions shown when they are used (duration, number of uses, eligible offers).
9. End of the service
If an account or a server is banned from the service for breaching the terms of use, the related subscription can be stopped without refund.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, contact us first at [email protected]; consumers can also use a consumer mediator [name and contact details of the mediator].
Part 2: each platform or service
11. Discord, Fluxer and Stoat
The offer is attached to your account (or to the server, for a pack) on the platform chosen when you buy it. To manage or cancel it, open Billing on that same platform. The My networks relay (Facebook and Instagram) belongs to your Dispatch.IO account and is not sold separately: its premium limits apply when your Dispatch.IO account has an active offer, yours or shared with you, individual offer or server pack, on at least one linked platform (Discord, Fluxer or Stoat). Without one, the free limits apply. The limits are shown in My networks.
12. Android app
There is no purchase in the app: its shop opens the website to pay, and these terms apply.
13. Stripe
Payments, invoices and payment methods are handled by Stripe (Stripe privacy policy). Dispatch.IO only keeps your subscription and the references of your payments and invoices.
