New Stoat server
Forge applies a template on an existing server. To start from a brand-new Stoat server, create a discord.new link, then add Dispatch.IO to apply the rest (emojis and modules). On Fluxer and Stoat, create an empty server, add Dispatch.IO, then apply the template.
