Premium plans and limits

• Free plans are included for everyone, with nothing to do.
• Each paid plan comes monthly and yearly (marked "−2 months" in the shop). Current prices are shown in the shop.
• Ultimate plans include a free trial, whose length is shown on their card in the shop ("14-day trial").
• Individual Ultimate also upgrades one server to Ultimate: you pick it when you buy.
• Dispatch.IO Ultimate also gives the person who pays the personal perks of Individual Ultimate: images, accent color, 5 streak freezes and an invited friend.

What the last three rows mean:

• DM copy: critical logs are also sent by DM to the people alerted in an emergency (see Logs).
• Provisional level roles: a level reward marked "provisional" is removed when the member goes past that level. Without Basic or Ultimate, these rewards behave like normal rewards: the member keeps them (see Levels and XP).
• Flame rewards and image: roles given based on the number of flame days, and the server's image as the background of flame cards (see Flames (streaks)).

What is the same on every plan

With no plan-based limit: polls, giveaways and suggestions, the counting game, music and radio, logs, the anti-raid and captcha, welcome and goodbye messages, levels and flames (except the rewards and image above), RSS feeds and temporary text channels.

On the dashboard

The configuration pages concerned show a Premium box with the three plans, the server's current plan ("Current") and, when the limit is reached, a message in orange. The View offers button opens the shop with the server already selected.

• Streak freezes: a freeze protects your flame on a day you weren't active, on a server that has freezes turned on. The quota is shared across all your servers: a missed day on three servers uses three freezes.
• Your images: you pick your own backgrounds for welcome, level and flame cards from your dashboard (see The dashboard). They replace the server's ones, on every server.
• Your accent color: the color of the bot's replies to your commands and clicks, and of your cards, instead of the server's color.
• One invited friend: with Individual Ultimate or Dispatch.IO Ultimate, you can give your Individual perks (images, color, 5 freezes per month) to one Discord friend at no extra cost. This is managed in My subscription on the website.

For a server (Dispatch.IO Ultimate, or the server picked with Individual Ultimate):

• every limit in the table becomes unlimited: role panels, word reactions, creator voice channels, tickets, social networks;
• /bump every 6 hours;
• flame rewards (roles) and the server's image on flame cards;
• everything Basic gives: DM copy of alerts, provisional level roles.

For your account (Individual Ultimate, included in Dispatch.IO Ultimate):

• your images on your cards and your accent color;
• 5 streak freezes per month;
• one invited friend who enjoys your Individual perks.

Everything happens on the website, signed in with your Discord account:

1. Open Our shop from your dashboard (or click View offers on one of the server's configuration pages: the server is then already selected).
2. In the Offers tab, pick Monthly or Yearly.
3. In Server packs, pick Dispatch.IO Basic or Dispatch.IO Ultimate. For Individual Ultimate, the card is in Individual packs.
4. Pick the server in the Server menu: only servers where the bot is present are listed.
5. Click Subscribe: you are redirected to the secure payment page.

You can also use a promo code in the shop's Promo code box: a free-days code activates the plan without payment, and asks for the Server receiving the offer when it is a server pack.

Once the payment goes through, the plan usually applies to the server within seconds. To check, type /premium on the server:

Good to know:

• If several subscriptions target the same server, the strongest one counts (Ultimate before Basic).
• A subscription on trial or with a late payment keeps its perks as long as it isn't cancelled.
• Managing payment, invoices and cancellation is explained on the Shop and subscription page.

When a plan ends, nothing is deleted: whatever goes beyond the Free limit is set aside and comes back if you subscribe again.
