Achievements are over 190 goals your members unlock by being active: messages, voice, levels, streaks, community, secrets… Each unlock is announced with a banner in the channel of your choice. The Achievements page sets the activation, the channel, the XP bonus, the banner, which achievements are available and their rewards.
It is for administrators: the server owner and members with the Administrator or Manage Server permission. What unlocks, how and when is explained in the Achievements module.
Overview of the page
Open Configuration > Achievements in the menu (under Flames) or the Achievements tile of the modules hub on the server home.

- Send a test posts a real banner in the achievements channel (see Send a test). See my page opens your public achievements page in a new tab.
- Figures: System (Enabled or Disabled), Channel (Set or None), Active achievements (out of 191) and Unlocks (total achievements unlocked on the server).
- The System block: activation, channel and XP bonus.
Below these blocks come the Banner and the catalog of achievements, one card per category.
Turn achievements on and pick the channel
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Enable achievements | Members unlock achievements by being active. The counters (messages, voice, reactions…) only run while the system is on. | Off |
| Achievements channel | Channel where unlock banners are posted (text or announcement channel). Without a channel, achievements are unlocked without announcement. | None |
| XP bonus | Each member achievement unlocked gives level XP by rarity, when the level system is on. | On |
The + button next to the channel (Create the channel) creates a succes channel and selects it right away: "Channel #… created and selected.". This channel is saved immediately, without the save bar.
The XP bonus of each rarity is shown under the switch:
| Rarity | Default XP |
|---|---|
| Common | +25 |
| Uncommon | +75 |
| Rare | +150 |
| Epic | +400 |
| Legendary | +1000 |
| Mythic | +2500 |
No burst of banners when you turn it on
When you turn achievements on, what your members already did (level, streak, seniority, invites…) is unlocked silently: no banner, no role, no XP. Only the achievements earned afterwards are announced and rewarded. Details: the silent catch-up.
The Achievements module of the modules hub is the same switch as Enable achievements.
The banner
The Banner block picks the background of your server's achievement banners.

- Upload a picture: click or drop a file (PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, 5 MB max, 1200 × 400 recommended). "Picture uploaded: remember to save."
- or paste a picture link (
https://…, public address). The Back to the default banner arrow removes the picture. - Dark veil: darkens the picture to keep the text readable. On by default, greyed out while there is no picture.
- Preview by rarity: the real banner drawn by the bot, for a sample achievement of each rarity (Rare by default). The badge says Server picture or Default picture.
Background order on a banner:
- the member's personal background, if they are Premium (Achievements slot of the personal images);
- the picture of this block;
- the global Dispatch.IO banner;
- the server's welcome image.
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| "This file is not a picture." | The chosen file is not a picture. |
| "Picture too large (5 MB max)." | File over 5 MB, or picture still too heavy after compression. |
| "Picture link refused (public https, PNG/JPG/WEBP/GIF)." | The link is not a public https picture. |
| "Preview unavailable (the bot may be offline)." | The bot did not answer: the preview is drawn by the bot itself. |
Choose the available achievements
The catalog lists the 191 achievements, one card per category. They are all on by default, and new achievements added to the bot start on.

- Search: "Search an achievement or a category…" looks in names and descriptions, and opens the matching categories.
- Achievement type: All, Members, Account or Server.
- For each category: the X / Y on badge and the Enable all switch, which turns the whole category off or back on.
- See the … achievements unfolds the list. Each achievement has its medal, name, description, rarity, points, the XP it gives (member achievements, bonus on), its reward role if any, and its own switch.
Secret achievements have the Secret badge: on this page you see their name and condition, but your members only discover them by unlocking them.
| Type | Unlocked by | Categories |
|---|---|---|
| Members | A member, on this server | Messages, Voice, Levels, Streaks, Social, Media, Community, Music, Dispatch.IO, Loyalty, Secrets |
| Account | The Discord account, once for every server | Account (suffix " · Account") |
| Server | The whole server, together | Server (suffix " · Server") |
An achievement switched off is no longer unlocked or announced on your server and disappears from the public page. Switching it back on starts a silent catch-up: members who already meet its condition get it without a banner.
Achievement rewards
Each member achievement can give a reward when it is unlocked. On its card, click Add a reward (or Edit the reward). The button is greyed out while the achievement is off.

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Role given | Role given to the member when they unlock the achievement. A role with moderation or administration rights, or above the bot's role, is not given. |
| XP given | From 0 to 100,000. Empty: the rarity's amount. 0: no XP. When the XP bonus is off, only the role is given. |
Remove clears the role and the XP, Confirm closes the dialog. The reward is only saved with the rest of the page. The text under the search bar shows the number of rewards set.
Account and server achievements give no reward, and neither does an achievement unlocked by the silent catch-up.
Send a test
The Send a test button posts a real banner in the achievements channel: the one of the sample achievement of the rarity chosen in the preview, in your name, with the configured reward. Nothing is unlocked and nothing is given.
- A saved channel is required: otherwise "Pick and save an achievements channel first."
- One test per server every 30 seconds, for all administrators: "Wait a few seconds before another test."
- Success: "Test banner sent to the achievements channel."
Save
Click Save changes in the bottom bar: "Achievements settings saved.". The bot applies the settings immediately, and the change shows in the Configuration logs ("Mise à jour de la configuration des succès", Levels filter; this label is in French on both sites).
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| "Could not save the achievements settings." | Saving failed: try again. |
| "You are not allowed to manage this server." | Your account cannot manage this server. |
| "Could not create the channel." | The bot could not create the channel (often the Manage Channels permission). |
| "The test could not be sent." | The bot could not post the test banner (channel deleted, permissions). |
