Dispatch Forge brings together three tools to build and protect your server:
- the Vault: backups of your server (structure, Dispatch.IO settings, members and their roles) that you restore after a raid, a mistake or a hacked staff account;
- templates: ready-made server models (official, from the community, your own) that you apply in a few clicks;
- the AI studio: you describe your server in your own words, the AI suggests the channels, roles, permissions and module configuration, you fine-tune by chatting with it or by hand, then you apply.
Forge works the same way on Discord, Fluxer and Stoat, and a backup or a template moves from one platform to another: anything that doesn't exist on the target platform is adapted or flagged before applying.
An example
Léa, a streamer, opens the AI studio and writes: "server for my French Twitch community, 2,000 viewers, clips, Valorant tournaments on Fridays, staff of 6 mods".
- The AI suggests the categories, channels, roles and their permissions, tickets, logs, levels, live announcements and a set of rules.
- Léa asks "add a channel for viewers' clips", then renames a role herself in the preview.
- She ticks Discord: My Community and Stoat: My Community, checks the list of changes for each server, then clicks Apply.
- A backup is taken just before: if she doesn't like the result, Undo puts the server back as it was.
Where to find Forge
| Where | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Server dashboard › Forge | The server's Vault, Templates, AI studio and Audit tabs. |
| Personal space › Forge | My templates, your AI quotas for the day and automatic re-add to restored servers. |
| Public gallery (dispatchio.xyz/templates) | Every official and community template, visible without an account. |
| Bot commands | Create and list backups, open a restore or a template on the website, run an audit (see Forge commands). |
| Android app | The Vault (list, create, restore, progress), the gallery, the audit and the AI studio as a conversation. |

Who can do what
A restore can change everything on the server, so Forge separates creating from applying.
| Action | Who |
|---|---|
| View the Vault, create a backup, export a backup without members | The server's administrators |
| Restore a backup, apply a template or an AI studio result | The server owner, or an administrator they have authorised |
| Delete a backup, export a backup with members | The owner, or an authorised administrator |
| Run an audit, use the AI studio (preview only) | The server's administrators |
| Browse the gallery, create private templates | Everyone, with a Dispatch.IO account |
The owner grants the authorisation in Forge › Vault › Settings, under Who can restore. An administrator is a member with the Administrator permission (Stoat: Manage Server) or an Admin role registered in Dispatch.IO (see Permissions and roles).
Every creation, restore, export and template application is recorded in the server's audit log.

| Private templates (per account) | 3 | 15 | 50 |
The AI studio is free for everyone, with quotas per account (not per server), reset every day at midnight, Paris time:

| Full server generation | 3 | 10 | 25 |
| Messages to the assistant | 20 | 60 | 150 |
| Server audit | 1 | 5 | 15 |

What Forge saves
| Part | Content |
|---|---|
| Structure | Server name, icon, banner and description, system channels, roles (colour, icon, permissions, position), categories and channels (type, topic, slowmode, NSFW, permissions), emojis and stickers (the files are copied to our storage), webhook names and avatars. |
| Dispatch.IO configuration | Every module setting: logs, welcome, anti-raid, tickets, levels, reaction roles, temporary channels, automations, custom commands, message studio, social networks, linked channels, bump… |
| Members | For each member: their roles, nickname, XP and ongoing sanctions. |
Never saved: messages, invites, integrations, threads, history (closed tickets, past sanctions, statistics), keys and tokens. The details are on the Vault page.
On Fluxer and Stoat
Forge works on all three platforms, with d! prefix commands on Fluxer and Stoat (d!backup create). A few differences:
Everything is available, including automatic re-add of members to a restored server and the Discord link (discord.new) to create a server from a template.
Everything is available except automatic re-add of members and the discord.new link (Discord only). Members who come back on their own get their roles back. Commands are typed with the prefix: d!backup create.
Stoat has no stickers, no forums, and no announcement or stage channels: a forum becomes a text channel and stickers are skipped, which is flagged before applying. Channel permissions are set per role only. No automatic re-add of members (Stoat has no OAuth sign-in), but members who come back get their roles back. Commands are typed with the prefix: d!backup create.
For a Twitch channel, the Vault saves the Twitch bot configuration (commands, timers, moderation, thank-you messages, overlays…): there is no structure to save.
